Arkansas Tech museum is subject of history meeting
The Arkansas Tech museum will be the subject of the Pope County Historical Association meeting Friday, Feb. 12, at the St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center cafeteria in Russellville.
Judith Stewart-Abernathy, director for the Arkansas Tech Museum on the campus of Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, will present the program. She will explain the museum’s new name and introduce everyone to the exhibits and events currently available at the museum and scheduled through May 2010.
No reservations are needed for the meal, which begins at 6 p.m. The meeting, at 7, is free and open to the public.
